Process
As a leader for the Design Systems team in my role at CVS Health, I led several workshops and collaborative reviews to refine and document a process that provides a detailed layer to goals, common activities, and deliverables using the Double Diamond framework.
Best Practices
Successful design should have a clear purpose, and fulfill a specific user need in the most effective way possible. Simplicity is important ā remove all the clutter from design until it breaks.
